Power Biz Hour sponsored by TD Bank: Branding for Small Business

The Power Biz Hour presented by TD Bank is your opportunity to learn from the region's best with skills that can help you grow your business today.

We see it all the time…small businesses forging ahead with their marketing (even if only on social media), without first considering their Brand. At Darci Creative we live by the statement that our founder coined: Your Brand is Your Promise. This workshop will show you how to build your brand in two segments: 1. Definition, and 2. Execution. Knowing what your promise is, and what sets you apart, is essential to great branding and we’ll walk you through some steps to help you define your Brand. In the second segment we’ll discuss how to execute strategically so that you’re getting your message out there in front of the right people, in the right way.

Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth: Communications for Success

The Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth is proud to partner with the New Hampshire Theatre Project to bring the lessons of the theater to the workplace to focus on Coaching For Success, Collaborative Teamwork, and Strategic Storytelling.

Being in front of an audience is not just for actors....

Every day we must play a role, especially in the workplace. While we may have what it takes to get our jobs done, having a repertoire of interpersonal skills can help enhance our careers as well as the functionality of businesses and organizations.

The NHTP Theatre for Life Program was created to nurture the leadership skills of individuals by using theatre techniques to inspire and manage diverse groups. From public speaking and basic presentation skills, business ”storytelling” to better communicate data to your team or client, and improv for team-building, improving customer service, & conflict resolution, Theatre for Life programs teach you and your team important skills needed to have a competitive edge.

Artistic director Genevieve Aichele will present sample activities from NHTP's Theatre For Life programs to enhance public speaking, business storytelling, team-building and customer service.  Please come prepared to have fun!
